Dr. Kendall Martin joined Renaissance Social Services as the Chief Operating Officer, and has stepped into the Interim Executive role. Dr. Martin is a mission-driven executive leader with 20 years of experience in nonprofit management and the behavioral health ecosystem. Throughout his career, Dr. Martin has held senior leadership roles at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Comer Education Campus, and North Lawndale Employment Network, leading in strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, expanded programs, and cultivating strong community partnerships. Known for his strengths in operational leadership, program innovation, and organizational change, Dr. Martin brings a deep commitment to equity, impact, and collaboration. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership and Management. His career reflects a strong commitment to driving systems-level change that improves outcomes for underserved communities.
